Easy Go To Snack

I made pinwheels for a quick snack for the guys while they played some video games. They went nuts over them and Sam even asked me to cheap him how to make them so that he can still have them when he goes home.

Things you need:
One package of cream cheese
One packet of dry Ranch dressing seasoning
One red bell pepper
One green bell pepper
One package of flour tortillas
some sliced turkey or roast beef (or in our case...both...we use Boars Head Salsalito Turkey and London Broil Roast Beef)

Take a food processor with dump the cream cheese and ranch in and blend thoroughly. Chop up at least half of each pepper (ours were really big so I only used half of each). Dump peppers in with cheese mixture and blend. Take a tortilla and spread the mixture in a thin layer all over. Once that is done lay some meat down in the middle then roll followed by slice into bite size rolls.
